Hoary, Acroread doesn't work...

My packages are all up to date, but if I invoke acroread I get this error:

/usr/bin/acroread: line 12: /usr/lib/Acrobat5/bin/acroread: No such file 
or directory

"apt-get install acroread" says acroread is at the last version.

What's wrong?
