How to upgrade from warty to hoary...

Leif, thanks for the quick reply.  I guess the ubuntu server has been
hit hard these last few days, since I remember getting pretty good
download speeds when I first installed.  I'm only averaging ~5KB/s now
and was hoping when I went to bed last nite the download speed would
pick up.  I guess other ubuntu users had the same idea I did last nite.


I've never used Synaptic before and really like it, so thanks for the
information.
