If you have a mac (or even windows) you can get MacTracker 
(http://www.mactracker.ca/), which is  handy little database of every 
model of mac there's ever been.

That's the Airport card, which has been superceeded by Airport *Extreme*
I don't know where to get airport 'standard' cards - I'd very much like 
one for my ubuntu-ised ibook.
