Well, maybe they made only very few changes to the driver, but this
nonetheless saved my beacon ! The NVidia driver has consistently
refused to work on Haory for me, no matter what I tried (nForce
motherboard&video), but this driver works perfectly. Thanks for
packaging it so fast Daniel, I really gave up on this, but you shackek
your magick stick at it litterally 24 hours before the stable release
and made a miracle ! Thanks for working hard until the very las
tminute, it does pay... much appreciated ! :o)

Also, as I we were discussing on bugzilla some time ago (see my bug
https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=6875 ) my CRT monitor was
not detected anymore. Well, just ran ddcprobe following the install of
the nvidia driver, and now ddcprobe detects my monitor just fine, as it
does in Warty ! No need to fiddle with xorg.conf by hand anymore :o)

I would gladly give more feedback, but since it "just works", what else
could I say ? I would like to report problems, but I can't see
any...should I make some up ?! ;o)
If you need any specific info, just ask...
The only game I ever play in Ubuntu, is X-Plane. I just tried it, and
it works absolutely perfectly.

Hardware is !

MSI K7N420 Pro motherboard (nForce chipset)
video adpater : part of the nForce chipset (GeForce 2 MX 32MB)
RAM : 2 x 256 MB PC2100
CPU: Athlon XP 1700+

I uploaded my H/W data using Oliver's program, but I was not given any
"record" id or such thing, so I don't know how you could tell mine from
the others :-/

Any specific file/info/test that you need, just ask :-)
