Where is the C Compiler?

lineakd is in the universe so...
The easy way:
sudo apt-get install lineakd
The long way(good for learning):
Determine what lineakd's dep's are and install all the deps and its
lib* and *-dev packages. Generally speaking, in Synaptic you can find
this stuff in the "Development", "Libraries", and "Libraries -
Developement" Categories. Then do the usual ./configure; make; make
install.
