OK, got it now. So the package was installed but never enabled. Odd,
but not an issue for me.
I suspect that almost no one knows that this is on their system.
Therefore almost no one will have enabled it. So what good does it do
if only a small minority have it running. And those people will likely
be the more technical of the group, so the results will be somewhat skewed.
Anyway, I didn't mean to make a mountain out of a molehill. But maybe
the increased visibility that popularity-contest now has means more
results will show up every week.
