Couldn't agree more! It's been said many different times, many different
ways but the BEST thing about Ubuntu compared to so many other distros
is that it just WORKS "out of the box". Easy install, easy setup, easy
upgrade.

Granted, going forward if you're a "tinkerer" like I am you will
probably run into problems as a Linux noob. But this would be true of
almost all distros. The community here though, as well as the great IRC
channel, makes overcoming any problems a cinch.

Congratulations to Mr. Shuttleworth and the whole Ubuntu team on a job
well done!
