I like ROX-filer too. But really, Olivier's baby xffm4 is really a good
FM. It takes some "getting used to"... That's all. Personally I have
always used Rox, xffm, the old xftree, gnome-commander, emelFM, but
especially XFE, the fastest and simplest of them all. Xfe is a two-pane
FM like gnome-commander, but less buggy. It is also very configurable,
as is Rox... Soon Xfce2 will have a new file manager. Check this :
