Preferred networking - samba or nfs

This is a good guide but it is unofficial and only really a quick
cheat sheat on how to do a few of the more common things. It is by no
means comprehensive, although very good for getting started.

IMHO, this is just the more common way of doing things b/c most
networks have at least a few windows machnies on them and using samba
is just easier in this(most) situation(s).

Although, of course, you a free to use which ever method you prefer :)
