Ndiswrapper + amd64

It seems that the dhcp server does not offer you an ip address. Please 
post the configuration file of the dhcp (/etc/dhcp3/dhcpd.conf) server 
and/or the dhcpd.leases file (/var/lib/dhcp3/dhcpd.leases).
