Realone player?

I was unable to do it this way. When I chmod'd the file it still
"couldn't execute..".

I tried the dpkg route and got;
ubuntu:/home/steve# dpkg -i /home/steve/RealPlayer-10.0.0.297.deb
dpkg-split: error reading /home/steve/RealPlayer-10.0.0.297.deb: Is a
directory
dpkg: error processing /home/steve/RealPlayer-10.0.0.297.deb (--
install):
 subprocess dpkg-split returned error exit status 2
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /home/steve/RealPlayer-10.0.0.297.deb
ubuntu:/home/steve#
