I've used cafeshops.com for a few projects that needed tshirts fast.
Since we have the Ubuntu logo in a vector format it would be trivial
for me (or someone else) to send them a nice rasterized version for
printing on tshirts.

I don't know how logos work on open-source projects - if they use a
similar license. With the proper permission and interest, I'd be happy
to set up a plain white tshirt with a centered Ubuntu logo on the
front and make it available on cafeshops.com at their cost. (normally
you tell them how much you want to mark up the products over their
cost).

With the OK from somone at Canonical, I could have these available for
purchase by tomorrow.

Just a thought. :)
