It continues ;)
I copied nvfix + the NVidia bin file into /tmp, chmod +x on both, then
ran nvfix and it complains "bad iterpreter: No such file or directory".
FYI: I have also installed this on Gentoo (xorg) with nv and nvidia and
it works.
