OT (again): Ubuntu Plone & wiki sites

Sorry, still off topic here.

I really like the clean look of the Ubuntu web site.  I know a little
about Zope/Plone but I'm wondering about the appearance which is simpler
than the usual somewhat cluttered Plone layout.  So, a question for
Canonical people: did you use a Plone 'skin' or customize the default
layout by hand?  Also, why did you use MoinMoin instead of ZopeWiki?

BTW, nice to see Banjamin from Debian NP involved here - definitely
gives me confidence in your project.
