It is at the moment assigned to nvidia-graphics-drivers
but there is no solution. Just a few different work arounds for 
different environments.
They are thinking it could be a libc bug, too.

Best to try is removing the .xmms directory in $HOME and installing the 
libmikmod2.

This is only a problem for users with nvidia video cards using nvidias 
driver. But it is not sure that it is nvidias driver because there are 
reports that it has already worked before.

You should have an eye on this Debian bug report.
I don't know if I should open an Ubuntu bug report and related to which 
package...
