You are rigth. The eject key work ok.

powerfrefs is not in universe :(

The keyboard illumination and the LCD autoadjust facility work after:

mknod /dev/i2c-4 c 89 4
sudo /etc/init.d/pbbuttonsd stop
sudo /etc/init.d/pbbuttonsd start

I find that in the debian-ppc list today.
