Non-English support channels

Hey folks,

There have been an increasing number of people on IRC (and here) asking
for help but saying that their English is not good. (My sense is that at
the moment they are generally Spanish or German speakers.)

One person has already founded #ubuntu-es on freenode for Spanish
speakers (writers). Does this deserve official mention on
http://www.ubuntulinux.org/support/ ? Is there any place to add this
info to the wiki?
