These three are in the "universe" section of our archive, a collection
of unsupported packages from Debian Sid. Just edit
/etc/apt/sources.list, there should be two commented out lines which
enable the "universe". Remove the "#" at the beginning of the lines,
then you can install all this software (using apt-get or synaptic).

Don't know, my iBook G4 has a slot-in drive which cannot be "opened".
