firmware is available here:  http://prism54.org/firmware/

if you want to wget it do this:

cd /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware/
sudo wget -O isl3890 http://prism54.org/~mcgrof/firmware/1.0.4.3.arm 

that should do it for you.
