Mozilla Firefox totally blank on startup

This particular problem seems to be a problem in the Session Saver
extension (which is a real shame because that's a very useful feature).

Instructions for deleting extensions from your profile folder are at:

The edits to the overlay files are absolutely essential, not doing them
causes Firefox to completely fail to start.
