Install = endless loop during Ubuntu install

Wouldn't the real fix be to make sure the battery in your clock works?  Even if 
the workaround is appropriate, is it really necessary to ask to set the time? 
What would be the harm in simply turning on a network connection (if 
available), getting the time and date, and setting the clock?
