New X packages available for testing

Hi all,
In the past few days, Fabio Massimo Di Nitto and myself have been
working on various X configuration problems reported from all the
installs -- it's quite a thrasing it's been given.

As a result, we have some new packages around to test. Fabio has
co-ordinated XFree86 4.3.0.dfsg.1-6ubuntu19, which includes a full
backport of the nVidia support from X.Org, some keyboard layout fixes
from Debian, a fix for the mouse-acceleration-from-hell (and multiple
clicks) issue, a couple of missing frequencies, and a backport of the
Wacom tablet driver.

His packages are available to test from:
deb http://people.no-name-yet.com/~fabbione/X warty main

The nVidia driver in this is identical to the one he has been offering
around for testing for a few days now, except with the Xv bug fixed, so
you can watch accelerated video.

I have also just released xresprobe 0.4.8 to the archive, which fixes
quite a few issues, including duplicate resolutions, and should solve
all the problems with detecting nVidia laptop panels, when used in
tandem with the new XFree86 packages.

I have also been working on backporting support for many newer ATI
cards (mainly the r3xx series) from X.Org, and an updated ATI driver
will be available for testing in the next few days.

To force generation of a new configuration, add Fabio's sources to
/etc/apt/sources.list, and then run these commands as root:
cp /etc/X11/XF86Config-4{,.preu19}
XF86FORCEPROBE=yes dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86

If the generated config isn't any good, please reply to this message,
and/or file bugs about it, detailing how it's wrong, and mentioning that
you're using Fabio's -ubuntu19 packages.

Thanks for all the testing, and enjoy some updated packages!

:) d
