Editing entries in computer menu

It is not editable.

It's not supported upstream or in Ubuntu. We'd like to think that most
desktop users won't need it, and those who do, will understand the grub
tools. That said, it looks like gnome-system-tools will include a disks
component soon, so we may be able to integrate these two, which would
make far more sense.
