evolution: IMAP folders hierarchy is not displayed properky

This is a well known problem about RFC implementation with courier-imap.
I can read IMAP folders with several e-mail clients such as Thunderbir
or KMail by entering "IMAP server directiry" property to "INBOX".

It consists in a set of folders where the root folder is a folder called
INBOX and al other IMAP Folders are childred of that one.

I've searched in Google for a solution, but I can only find posts from
Ximian and courier making guilty others.

Well. I don't really care if one or other implement IMAP rfc properly or
not, but I can read IMAP hierarchy properly using the commented
workarround.

Is possible to read IMAP Folder hierarchy received from courier-imap
server properly?
Could Ubuntu solve this problem "out of the box" by detecting courier
and making the workarround for it?
