I have it working here using ndiswrapper.

All I had to do was:

1) install linux-header-2.6.8.1-2-386 and gcc
2) get ndiswrapper source from ndiswrapper.sf.net
3) compile it using make and sudo make install
4) run sudo ndiswrapper -i XXX.inf (where XXX.inf is the INF file
provided with the WinXP drivers)
5) run sudo ndiswrapper -m
6) run sudo modprobe ndiswrapper

At this point, your wifi card's led should light up, and it should work.
