CD-RW and kernel 2.6.8.x

  Hi there!

Is Warty going to have kernel 2.6.9 anytime soon? The problem with
kernel 2.6.8.x (current kernel) and CD-RW devices seems to remain. k3b
sees my CD-RW as a CD-ROM, and my DVD-RW as only _DVD_-RW. BTW, when we
are talking about burning and ubuntu. Does gnome have ANY good
burningprogram included in ubuntu? I personally would love to see a
"g3b" ;-).
