Lose ability to resolve every 60 minutes or so

Hello again,
Thank you for your help, but still occurs.
I am getting the following:
Error while Fetching Mail.
Host lookup failed: somedomain.com: Temporary failure in name
resolution.

On reboot, while setting the clock to ntp.ubuntulinux.org:
Temporary failure in name resolution
==
After booting up, could not resolve anything.
waited a few minutes, all was up again....
Any ideas?
