Looks like you do not have to run the "mkdev.sh" script file after all,
just load "i2c-dev.ko" which will create the dev's.
sudo modprobe i2c-dev
After I ran sensors-detect and then manually load the modules, I can
detect all my sensors OK. However, I can not seem to figure out how to
load the modules at boot time; nothing seems to work yet!
Loading my sensors manually as root or sudo:
modprobe i2c-dev
modprobe i2c-sensor
modprobe i2c-viapro
modprobe i2c-isa
modprobe lm90
modprobe it87
Then run "sensors" as root (sudo -s), I get:
