Partitioning

Thanks  for all your input...  Volvoguy....I had bought Partition Magic
so I figured I'd better get some practise using it :-) I have my drive
now partitioned with 3 partitions. 

1: Win XP (installed) ntfs Partition 20 gb
2: Linux Swap Partition 500mb formatted as Linux Swap.
3: Linux Partition 8gb formatted ext2

In that order.

Now I'm "guessing" that the install will recognise those partitions and
do the right thing :-) Now I just have to wait for the CD to arrive.....
Which gives me time to correct my assumptions if you say so :-)
