Create folder bug??

I can reproduce this bug on my machine.  After I created "RUP" in
Nautilus on a fat32 partition, both "RUP" and "rup" were shown in
Nautilus; after a reload only rup remained.

If you start an xterm, and go look at the fat32 partition via the
command line, only "rup" is present on the disk.
