Can you just adjust you email client application to diplay messages by 
thread. For exemple in mozilla-mail go to "view" menu then "sort by" and 
then choose "threaded". Like that you gona find your messages displayed 
this way.. your thread exemple:

Reason why you really need to use a good e-mail client application. i 
don't thing that outlook(express) can do that this way.

If I analyse the source of your message I can seen that you post your 
message from outlook express
=> X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.2180.

Better is to go for exemple to www.mozilla.org and download the mozilla 
package for windows including mozilla-mail....
