Screem inbuilt help

I've just installed Screem, the website creator.
On clicking help / contents I get the help viewer listing:
Table of Contents (title)
Table of contents (clickable link)

On clicking the link, the whole manual comes up - missing at least one 
graphic.

Is this a bug in Screem, a bug in the help browser, or both? Is it 
related to bug 1965 (htmlgen docs not showing in help browser)?
