non-admin users

this is probably a good thing though the install procedures prompting
the installer for a second user&pass and asking/explaining that this
newuser isnot root andcannot access sudo - and loops for addl user(s) 
or until it at least 1 non-poweruser hasbeen added.

that is not rocket science to do.
