Power Mac 5400/180 (Performa 5400) Ubuntu Compatable?

I have a few of these Macs laying around and would like to use them in
our library.  Can Ubuntu be installed on this type of MAC?  The specs
on this MAC is as follows:

"The Apple Power Macintosh 5400/180, based on the Alchemy
architecture, features a 180 MHz PowerPC 603e processor, 16 MB of RAM,
and a 1.2 GB or 1.6 GB hard drive in an attractive all-in-one case
with a 15" color monitor. Some configurations included built-in TV/FM
radio and/or Video input/output cards. This model was sold only to the
North American education market, but the consumer version, the
Performa 5400 series, was sold worldwide."
