How to get ubuntu to not start X on boot

runlevels are basically irrelevant on Debian-based systems. They exist,
but are not configured in any particular way by default (Red Hat systems
usually have a 'graphical' runlevel and a 'console' runlevel).

enlightenment is available in universe, should run fine.
