vncserver has no xstartup file

there is a built in vnc server in ubuntu (computer->desktop settings-
>remote desktop)
if this is not enough for your needs, debian/ubuntu packages often have
example rc files under /usr/share/doc/<packagename> it's probably worth
a look.
