Works OK on my setup (using same motherboard and video adapter that you are). 
Only problem I am having is no sound from TV card unless I load nvsound module
installed from linux drivers at Nvidia website.  However when I load this module
I get a conflict with arts when using KDE.  It's moderately annoying, but
something I can live with for now.  I did have a weird problem with a failing
power supply causing intermittent disk failures which in turn caused some
installation failures with another distro some time back.  Just something you
might want to check out.  Hope this helps.
