Request for mailing list

Hello,

I want to create mailing list for russian speaking Ubuntu community.
I have already met few people on russian forums (www.linux.org.ru for
example) who use Ubuntu. I think mail list with discussions in native
language will help to popularize Ubuntu in russian speaking countries
(it's not only Russia but also Ukraine, Byelorussia, Lithuania,
Kazakhstan and many others). What should I do now?

P.S. I've already asked this question on #ubuntu today but nobody
answered to me. :(
