thinkpad-x40-support: resume.sh should not bring all interfaces up

Hi,

/etc/acpi/resume.sh has a few lines that manage the network resuming:
sudo ifup ath0 &
sudo ifup eth1 &
It would be great that resume.sh would only bring interfaces up which
where up before the notebook went into sleep state.
