Low screen resolution issue

Hi,

I'm currently using the 4.10 final release. The only complain I have thus
far deals with screen resolution. The installer correctly identified by
monitor and video hardware, but limits my screen resolution to 800x600.
I've previously happily used 1024x768 on the same hardware with FC2, so I
know this is possible.

The monitor is an IBM C50 (a 15" CRT), and the video is an old Rage Pro
integrated chip (4 or 6MB VRAM).

/etc/X11/XF86Config-4 lists 1024x768, 800x600, 720x400, and 640x480 as
available resolutions at 24bit color dept (which is default). However, the
system automatically runs at 800x600 and the screen resolution switcher GUI
only offers 800x600 and 640x480 as possibilities.

I'd be happy if you can provide any assistance.
