My saa7134 aka the Flyview 3000 or something, I know it by the chip
not the name(got it re-branded by the local electronics store anyway)
worked out of the box once tvtime was installed using a previous
.tvtime from my old Debian Sid install.
I suggest tvtime as the default Ubuntu tv viewer, it works great,
xawtv pales in comparison and it's *much* easier and cleaner to
configure and overall I find the picture quality better too. In saying
that I havn't tried all the tv viewers out there but of the ones I
tried it's the best.
