Well I did told him that I would send the laptop back if I had to pay
for the CD. Moreover the reason he gave me for the money was that it was
possible to burn it myself but since I don't have a CD burner he finally
agreed to send it to me.
I think they have some latitude in their decision to send for free or
not.
Anyway given the price of the laptop, I don't see why they don't give
the dammned CD right away.
