Will there be a boot splash like the one in suse, mandrake?

Personally I much prefer to see what's going on as my system boots - you 
learn more about how it works that way and if something is going a bit 
wrong you can see what's happening.

Having said that I realise some people like a "pretty" screen and the 
text mode boot sequence can intimidate novices - I just hope that if one 
is added it will be optional?
