it's used on webforums. I wouldn't worry about it.  wysiwyg systems will 
replace this but we have to let web forum hackers leave 1997 and learn 
not to use tables for formating first ;-)

these are messages from the unofficalforums  I would just ignore it if I 
was you.  But that said it's starting to piss me off as well.  You 
shouldn't have to have an offical faq for an unoffical hack ;-)

If I get time tomorrow I will add the forums quirks to the wiki so 
people don't keep asking these questions so often.
