Help with php4-common

Thanks for the tip, but I already had that package installed.  I guess
that might give me a clue as to why the Ubuntu php4 packaging is
different from Debian Sid... but not much closer to finding a way to
get php4-imap or the applications that depend on it installed.  Any
other ideas?
