Share printer over IPP to local network over gnome interface

Thanks Martin, thanks Andrew.
I already share one of my printers over ipp from my router, an old
debian box, so I know how to do this in the config file - I just wanted
to know if there was an easier way (-> gnome interface) to do this.
Nevertheless - thank you very much.
Andrew, sharing this mentioned printer to the win98 laptop of my sister
works perfectly without having to add a printer class - i just had to
install an ipp plugin from the microsoft website, and write the ipp
queue url into the printer location textfield. But thank you too ;) :)
