Don't use reply-all anyway; use reply to list (control+L)

Aye, reply-to-list is what you want

It's just that there's a whole raft of good reasons not to break the
reply-to header. Evolution has a reply-to-list feature for a very good
reason :-)
(Google can find you these reasons if you care)
