No, I figured it to be up to Gnome not Ubuntu - they seem to have enough
on at the moment.  Reading my answer back again I meant that I would ask
work to implement keys, not ask Gnome to add the feature I need (though
if I have needed it once, someone else must need it someday).  Guess
I'll just do it on the command line for now, Bah!
