I just wanna do my work

I installed Eclipse this morning in /usr/lib/eclipse using sudo and all
was working fine until I tried to add EPIC to it, then it could not
write to the directory structure.

I tried several things and in the end I changed ownership of the eclipse
dir tree to the default user on my system, is this a bad thing to do? I
know that only my default user will be able to access it, but it is a
laptop, and I am the only user on it.

Comments please.

Thanks
Darren
