Gyach Enhanced

Im trying to install Gyach Enhanced. Yahoo! Video is
the only app that keeps my Grandma from switching. The
only instructions I could find for a Deb system is
from Mepis.
http://www.mepis.org/node/view/2767 everything seemed
to go off with out a hitch, except that I couldn't apt
gpgMe.
When I go to run Gyach I get this error
gyach: error while loading shared libraries:
libltdl.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such
file or directory

This would be cool if we could get this into the universe.
